ABOUT PROJECT
We are a third-year UMSKAL students that currently undertaking a SULAM (Service Learning Malaysia) project as part of our academic course.The aim of this fundraising is to transform the Tabika Perpaduan Kilan, Labuan into a vibrant enviroment, engaging, and educational space by designing artistic murals, painting the walls, and creating a mini garden. The project emphasizes creativity and sustainability, fostering a sense of wonder and connection with nature among the children. This project might be enhanced the students learning environment by making it more vibrant and interactive and encourages their curiosity and creativity. The mini garden also offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about plants, nature, and sustainability.
Below is our team organization and our poster:
There are 3 objectives that we would like to achieve in this project. The following objectives are:
- To enhance public awareness regarding the role and significance of crowdfunding as a tool for community development and support.
- To successfully raise a target amount of RM 1, 965 to support the acquisition of preparation of painting the wall, mural, and making mini garden at "Tabika Perpaduan Kilan".
- To build and fostering communities relationship with the students, teachers, and collabrator at "Tabika Perpaduan Kilan, Labuan".

RISKS AND CHALLENGES
- Fundraising shortfall.
- Since we rely on public donations, there's a chance people might not contribute as much as we hope. If that happens, it would affect how much we can actually do for the kindergarten.
2. Project execution.
- We also expect some challenges when it comes to carrying out the mural and garden work. Things like unpredictable weather, lack of tools, or limited experience with painting or planting could slow us down.
3.Time management.
- It’s possible that some of us may struggle to keep up if things get too busy. To manage this, we’ve prepared a timeline and divided the tasks evenly among team members.

Our team, Deannova, are currently doing a crowdfunding for our SULAM project. We aiming to give children at Tabika Perpaduan Kilan a more vibrant and inspiring learning environment through this SULAM project. This project not only supports the children’s early education experience but also strengthens our sense of civic responsibility as students.
